Montpelier Ranger District, Caribou NF, 16 mi north of the Idaho-Utah border on US Hwy.89. Located at the southern end of this small community is the intersection of US 89 and County Road #421. Turn west at the sign indicating Paris Canyon. Continue west on Road #421 to the intersection of Road 421 and Road 427. Approximately 3-3/4 miles. Take the left fork of the "Y" intersection onto Road 427. This Road ends in Paris Springs Campground about 1 mile from the intersection., Montpelier ID 83254,
