Message: this is an OK place except for when you meet the manager, a fat old lady named Linda, who is determined to make your life difficult. I first met most of the employees, who seemed to be terrified of her. When I went to pay my rent, she said "are you the one with a tent?". I said yes. She said no one is allowed in tents. I explained that I use it for storing boxes, my standard procedure in any RV camp. She then silently stared at me with hatred for about 20 seconds, and said "I better not catch you letting someone sleep in that tent".
There are some interesting noises: strange sonic booms?; explosions?; mortar fire? (there is a massive power plant across the street); and somebody who drives a strange little dolley / trailer around the campground continously 24 hours/day, which makes a lot of noise on the gravel. There is also a constant rumblng from the adjacent freeway.
So, if you don't mind being the paying customer who gets as much love as a L.A. cop gives Rodney King, perhaps this place is for you. I am amazed that there are people so stupid who hate the people that provide them a living. Aqua-land: for me, never again.
Map is based on Google Geocoding the address but accuracy is not guaranteed.
I am working slowly on verifying all of them by satellite.
