Wallowa Valley Ranger District, Wallowa-Whitman NF, From Enterprise, Oregon travel north on Highway 3 for 14 mito FR 46; Turn right on FR 46 and go about 13 mito the Crow Creek Road; Turn left on Crow Creek Road and go about 1 mile; Turn right on the Chesnimus Creek Road (will become FR 4625) go about 6.5 mito FR 4670; Turn left on Forest Service Road 4670 and go north 9.5 mitowards Billy Meadows; After Billy Meadows Guard Station look for FR 46 and turn right on this road; Go about 1.8 mion FR 46; The campground entrance is located to the left off Forest Service 46 on the 583 road., Enterprise OR 97828,
