Flaming Gorge Ranger Dist, Ashley Nf, From Flaming Gorge Dam, drive six mi south to Greendale Junction on UT-191. Turn right on UT-44 for 14.6 mito the upper entry of the Sheep Creek Canyon Road. Follow this road 3 mito the Deep Creek/Spirit Lake Road junction. Take FR 221, Hickerson Park Road 4.7 mito Browne Lake Road turn-off. The campground is 1.7 miin on the Browne Lake Road FR 096., Manila UT 84046,
