Stayed on site 110 and was great. Better than other state campgrounds I have stayed at. Very large sites with FHU and trees. Lots of things to do in the park. Will be back next year.

Stayed on site #133 with full hook ups for 1 night as we’re traveling back home from Wisconsin. Beautiful clean campground with paved roads and very level gravel campsites. Other than not having Wi-Fi this is as nice an RV facility as you’ll find.

Stayed in electric only site one night and full hookup site for two nights. Nice flat, roomy sites. Table with fire pit. Electric side has alot less tree's. Must visit the farm house and Aqua center in the summer. Nice playgrounds. Offers a different feel to your standard camping experience with open parries all around.

Beautiful state park with lots of hiking trails. We stayed in the electric only site #235 and it was a nice level gravel space with plenty of room for our 35ft TT and truck. Space had a picnic table and fire ring with grill. Will definitely be coming back!

Lovely state park-paved walking trails to walk-surrounded by the prairie. Campsites well maintained-many with shade and trees for privacy. Full hookups a plus.

Bring your bikes! Lovely paved trails amongst the plains! Very clean park...hard to get into cause all the other Rv parks in town had bad/dodgy reviews. We were lucky to catch a cancellation. All weekends seem booked.

Pors:Beautiful State park with well kept grounds and biking/hiking trails, water park with in season. Cons: The bath house is located in the area of electric only sites. The bathhouse exhaust fan runs continuously. VERY LOUD (like camping in an industrial park)so if you want to sit out by a fire and listen to the sounds of nature DO NOT RESERVE A SITE IN THE ELECTRICAL ONLY SITES. Very unnecessary noise pollution.

Full hookups for weekends are hard to come by and usually scheduled out through the summer. Even just electric hookups are few and far between unless scheduled well in advance. Could be the excellent playgrounds and water park that keep people coming back. This is a great, kid friendly park. The farm is a must see with activities scheduled most weekends. If you are looking for a covered picnic shelter for a group, these are some of the nicest I’ve seen.

Third time here. Vegetatation in Electric area has grown since last visit such that there are now 6'-8' tall shrubs between most sites and a fair number of good size trees. Sites are HUGE. In addition to a large gravel area for vehicles, picknic table, grill, and tent or canopy - there is a lot of space between sites. Many city lots are not as wide as these sites. Electric only site was $25.40. We were not charged the $10 park entry fee - not sure if there has been a change in policy or the person just forgot to.

Lovely park but expensive as an overnight stop. Current non-resident vehicle park entry fee is $10 plus full-hook-up @ $40 or electric @$30.
