When we arrived we were told there was a pull-through site, which turned out to be simply a spot on the gravel next to other RVs. We would not be able to have room to disconnect from our pickup. We were just debating about asking for our check back (no credit cards accepted) when we were offered a back-in site because a seasonal had just left that morning. We found that there is no cable TV and over-the-air TV was okay. Verizon phone coverage was good. Laundry facilities are kept clean and well-maintained: two washers and two dryers. Walking distance to grocery store and other stores. Managers were helpful and friendly. We stayed in a travel trailer for several days and would stay here again If we got a back-in site.

August 22, 2016...This is a no frills park with some permanent residents.
The owner couldn't be nicer. We had trouble with our air conditioning and he spent 45 minutes helping us get it fixed. You wouldn't find this kind of help in other RV parks. Park was clean and quiet. Would stay there again.
