1 Star for the cleanliness of the park. Loss of 4 stars because when we booked this site we told them we had dogs. We weren’t allowed to have our dogs do their business by our site even though we clean up their mess. The staff was not very adept with the computer and had us on 25 site the moved us to 20 then back and forth. We were told when we booked to tell them about our military status to get a discount We are still waiting for the discount. I will not visit this place again when there are other choices.

Yakima River RV Park 791 Ringer Loop Rd, Ellensburg, WA 98926 509-925-4734 $50.05/ night with tax Nicely spaced, mostly pull-thru sites with grass between sites and some trees. Level gravel sites and roads. Picnic table. No bathhouse. Tents are allowed, but their only facility is a port-a-potty, no showers. There IS a train track nearby, but the only other noise is from the bull pasture next door. They raise Rodeo bulls. Our site (7) was facing the pasture, and it was interesting watching them. If you can NOT abide by rules, stay somewhere else!! They have quite a few and get ready to be reprimanded if you don’t follow them! The park is gated with a passcode. We were greeted at the gate and shown to our site. The water pressure is NOT very good, but we had no issues with power or sewer.

Well maintained small park. Rural setting. Close to Ellensburg, which is a nice little town. About 40 minutes down to wine tasting in Yakama. They are very strict about following the rules but we had no problems. Good for a few days passing thru. Stayed in a 34 MH with toad.

Nice park, wide roads, sites are nice and long and level. Some with Full Hook up some Water/Electric Only. WiFi was great never had to use my Hotspot. Mangers greeted us at the gate and took us to our site. Check in was very easy and Staff was all Very Friendly. Love being partially out in the country. Hills around park are really pretty. Some wind but didn't notice it as much as in town. Close to town to go out to dinner to one of the nice restaurants. Will stay here again

Wow! What a sweet place! It was the only place open around these parts in the early spring so we checked it out. We were very pleased with this stop. The grounds are beautiful and the camp hosts welcoming. We are sensitive to road noise and this place is mostly quiet except for the occasional train coming through. We would definitely stay here again!

Owner and managers were friendly. Wi-Fi was good. Most sites have some grass, ours had none: just gravel. Trains can be heard but at a distance, not a problem. No laundry. Nice location. We stayed three nights in a travel trailer.

An okay park for a night or two but not good for longer stays. Sites are narrow, there is no laundry, no showers, no clubhouse or dump station. But the worst is the trains that come by 3 times a night blowing their horns as they go. Would not stay here again. It is a good location.

The only reason this is just 4 stars is because they didn't have sewer. But there is a dump just down the road at a truck stop. They have plans to enlarge the park which will help to give a bit more room to each site. A helpful, friendly camp host and nice owners who even offered a continental breakfast on Sunday morning with a fire pit and chairs outside.
