Rifle District, White River Nf, From Rifle, head east 15 mito New Castle. Take exit 105, turn left at the ramp and follow the signs into New Castle. Turn right at 7th Street (County Road 245). This is the Buford-New Castle Road and takes you north to Hiner Spring (about 22 miles). At Hiner Spring you turn right (east) on Forest District Road 601 and follow that to FDR823. Take FDR 823 south to the Meadow Lake-Meadow Campground., Rifle CO 81650 970-625-2371
