I asked him what other countries he has been to and without hesitation he said - "Vienna, it's magic!" I would love to someday experience that magic; for I too love to write and would love to be a woman with my writer's studio and pen in hand writing about wonderful people in this magical land! And it was magic indeed. Being a writer living in Vienna is a life I wish for everyone. Having met many new friends the lastyears, I did what I love best (other than writing about it) ...showing them this enchanting place. Spending many hours and days with people from all over the world, learning and teaching, reaching back into my life then and now, showing off the "old" and the "new" Vienna, this vibrant place imbued with an energy that is amazing, is truly my calling, my happiness, my mistress. How I look forward to once again share .... I am grateful for your site ... So much more to tell.. Will check back later, got to pack, Austrian Airlines is waiting... and, if you are downtown Vienna, watching a guy in a cafe with a notepad and a "kleiner Brauner", stop and say hello ... who knows, you might find yourself in my book or, at least, get an impromptu tour ..
