		<description>It&#039;s sad that this has happened lately. I have a friend who is a waitress who wound up waiting on myself and another friend. She later joked about the mutilated one dollar bill I left her. I left a five dollar bill, not a one dollar bill. So the tip was either altered by a customer or a bus person. That&#039;s more likely in this case rather than someone bothering to switch bills.</description>
