Opened in 1886 as a warehouse and feed store, it is now a hotel in Napa Valley. Captain Albert Hatt was the original owner and his son hung himself in the hotel in 1912. He now haunts the area where a bakery is today. A woman in white is also seen around the hotel. Footsteps may be heard in the hallways and doors open and slam shut on their own.
