Jan 2016: Pasadena is not a bad neighborhood!! But when you get off of 275 you have to go thru a bad neighborhood (South St Petersburg). The closer you get to the beach though (Pasadena), the nicer the neighborhood becomes. Not sure if they allow over night Rv parking or not, you would probably have to call and ask the manager. Yes, you pass thru a bad neighborhood if you are exiting 275, but Pasadena is a pretty much a retirement community, with lots of condos and old folks.
