Nov 2017: Was granted permission to park overnight by walmart store night manager Alex face-to-face. TRPD did a safety check drive-by while setting up - best to park on garden center side, in walmart lot, close to taco bell (southeast). Was granted permission to park overnight by walmart store night manager Alex face-to-face. He only asked that the lot be cleared by 7am when store opens. (store closes at midnight). Jul 2015: I called the TomsRiver Walmart about the over night parking and they told me it was not allowed....  More reports/details
