Sep 2020: Signs say no overnight parking. June 2019: I am guessing others that posted never went there. Its the cleanest area in Eugene, drugs are not a problem here. As for being dark, whoever said that I am certain has never been there. Its wide open with tons of light during day and night. The Springfield Walmart is the one you need to watch out for.
