For Mosquito Creek - Banff National Park: Road Signage said Mosquito but our reservation was for 'Mosquito Creek’ did a pull though didn’t find any signage for our reseved site so we left and cancelled our 3 day stay

Donna

For Mosquito Creek - Banff National Park: Lovely campground. Ended up with pullthrough. Great for our 30' RV +car. Go in right loop for RV's. Private. Lovely scenic creek with a short hike (maybe 15 min ) beside it. No services. Didn't try outhouses. $17.60/night. Stop early to get a site. Was sept and by 4pm was full but it seems you can stay in parking lot.

For Mosquito Creek - Banff National Park: Great spot if you can't get into Lake Louise or other full service campgrounds in Banff NP. We actually preferred this as it was half hour north of Lake Louise nearer the Columbia Icefields where we were headed. Pit toilets, drinking water (central tap only) and picnic tables are all you'll find but the campsites are beautifully treed (except for the parking lot for large RVs) and the babbling brook lulled us to sleep. Mountains all around. Don't let the name deter you. We only had maybe 2-3 mosquitoes at dusk and they disappeared when the mountain cool evening air settled in.

JJ

For Mosquito Creek - Banff National Park: Good campground for tents and RVs. Bigger RVs should go to the right loop. Left for smaller as it has smaller sizes and tight turns. Nice hiking along creek.
