For Heritage RV Park: We showed up without a reservation and were able to get one night waterfront. Staff was helpful in keeping us in mind for cancellations such that we ended up there for 8 nights! How nice that was. Excellent waterfront view up the Kachemak bay and fishing right out front! Sites were a bit tight but most private parks in Alaska are. Worked fine for our 40’ coach with 4 slides. Cool to watch the tide come in and out each day. Homer Spit shops and eateries close by. Just a few miles into the town of Homer for groceries and services. Bathhouse and laundry are in main building at east end of campground so long walk if you have a site at west end.

Walt

For Heritage RV Park: We stayed at Heritage RV July 5th - 8th in gravel sites, close, tight. Spoke to staff two different times about poor sites. They were snotty and uncaring. For the price definitely not worth it! If we ever go again we would stay at the Homer Elks Lodge. Better sites at 1/3rd the price.

For Heritage RV Park: Level gravel sites with 50 amp good voltage and good water pressure. Close to town for fishing, shopping, and dining. The site was a pull in directly on the water. Great view. But once again on this trip, wifi was advertised but we could never connect. Dish satellite connected...friends with Direct had no luck.

Peg

For Heritage RV Park: Good camping right on the water on the Homer Spit. Close to everything fishing and tourist attractions. Camping is close quarters but manageable, facilities neat and clean would definitely stay here again.
