For Maumelle Park: Beautiful shaded widely spaced sites next to Arkansas river.Friendly staff. Great area with grocery store nearby. Very quiet and well maintained. Only drawback is that it is not full hookup.

James

For Maumelle Park: Very clean, quiet, and friendly park. Boat ramp, even dump stations, playgrounds, and walking trails. Very close to town where there are plenty of things to do and see. This would be a 5-star review if the sites had sewer hookups. Outside of that, it is a first class park.

Ken

For Maumelle Park: Absolutely beautiful and top notch. We had a 30A site with water. Shady spacious sites were paved and level. Gorgeous river view, very clean facilities and very friendly staff. Nearby is Pinnacle mountain state park where we spent a nice day with no park use fees.

Namma

For Maumelle Park: Pretty park, nice size sites. Not as much river traffic as we expected but still enjoyed sitting by the river.

Magnum

For Maumelle Park: I hate to say this because everyone will want to stay here but this is our favorite. Even though we live within an hour's ride we still come here every long holiday. It's neat, clean, and the people are friendly.

Jack & Carol

For Maumelle Park: Great campground. Army Corp of Engineers does a great job of spacious layouts (commercial parks would have squeezed in 2 or 3 more spaces between each site.) No sewer hookups at site, so for longer stays bring the "honey wagon" for trips to the dump station. Great views of the river on one end and marina and river on the other end. 1/2 price for Sr National Park pass holders. Credit cards accepted where the last AC site we stayed at took cash only. Concrete picnic tables and fire pits at each site.

Moonrover

For Maumelle Park: This Corps park is a gem. You will fall in love with it. Try to get a river site so you can pull in facing the water. Just have to use a longer water hose and electric cord, but the view is worth the effort. Getting to this park requires careful planning. Time your travel to avoid the insane rush-hours on the NW interstate around Little Rock.
