For Lake Sylvia NF Campground: Very friendly camp host Mike offers site#2 with full hookups for $15 (the only full hookup in the park), we were ecstatic! Rate might goes up next year, but for now it’s one of the most affordable campground by far. Beside mystical firefly at night, there seems to be no mosquitos or big scary bugs flying around. Nice and clean restroom with one shower stall. All camp sites have good shades, tent pad, picnic table, water faucet, and electricity. Sites are not crowded together. There are camping sites near the lake that campers can take their pooch to. Swimming beach (closed when we’re there due to high bacteria level), diving platform and picnic tables in short driving distance away, all are NOT dog friendly!
