For Val Vista RV Park: New Owner makes all the difference. We stayed at the beginning of the 2019-2020 winter. One recognition of a nice place is how soon you have to make reservations, and we sent our deposit in back in April for the last lot open for 3 months Oct - Dec. Lots of activities. Nice heated pool. Better-than-nice hot tub in a covered cabana area. Yes, the place is a little older, but they're making continuous improvements. Lots of park models coming in, but they treat everyone the same. Location is ideal if you want to get up to the south end of Phoenix - just 25 minutes to Chandler. We'll definitely be back next winter.

For Val Vista RV Park: Cheap owner. Old and outdated wifi system that works occasionally. Behind on routine maintenance. Otherwise people and good activities.
