For Eagle View RV Resort At Fort Mcdowell: We spent 3 nights in space 107 along the bluff. Clean, quiet and great stay. Imagine it fills up pretty quick during the season. Hit the casino and won 4,500! That alone got it the 5 star :-) Close enough to Scottsdale and to nature. Highly recommend!

For Eagle View RV Resort At Fort Mcdowell: My best friend has a long-term spot at this park and I wanted to come visit her. I was informed my $175,000 2023 Winnebago Revel was not welcome here. They have a “no van, RV only” policy. But! When I went to visit, they had a piece of crap tractor trailer parked next to her and several Class B Leisure travel vans that were >10 years old. Double standards. I’ll never give them a dime. Management was also super rude to me on the phone when I asked if they really didn’t have any room or if they were discriminatory against me because of my “van” that is actually an RV, has an RVIA sticker, rv title and rv insurance but okay whatever.

For Eagle View RV Resort At Fort Mcdowell: Great location and facilities. Making a reservation here is so difficult and the manager was very difficult to deal with. No one ever answers a phone and if someone does call you back, she is extremely rude. I was even hung up on because I had to get to my computer to look at our schedule & she had no patience. If it wasn’t such a good location, I would certainly book elsewhere.

For Eagle View RV Resort At Fort Mcdowell: Our back in site was huge, very wide level asphalt site. Full hook ups. Stayed for 3 days. Not much interfacing with staff as park is in the Indian reservation area and they were all concerned with Covid protocols. Stayed in July2021.

For Eagle View RV Resort At Fort Mcdowell: Having stayed in several desert RV spots I felt this place was quite nice. I reserved my non premium spot 3 months in advance for our 2 week stay. We spent the majority of our time biking in Tempe or Scottsdale on their world class road bike trails or hiking several nearby mountain trails. I drive a 45 ft do and pull a trailer with my toad. All aspects of checkin and checkout were easy. We used the pool several times and found it to be clean and very relaxing. I enjoyed the free donuts that were served daily in the main office. We felt this place met all of our needs and we were well satisfied with the value provided and would return.

Marie M

For Eagle View RV Resort At Fort Mcdowell: We stayed for a couple of nights. The park is primarily filled with elderly snowbirds here for the winter and Unfortunately, they were not very friendly. The park itself is clean and well maintained. Sadly the regular sites in the middle back up to one another and are very narrow, so there are no views other than your neighbor’s RV. The premium sites at the back of the property are all booked well in advance by the snowbirds. Those sites back up to the edge of a mesa overlooking the river, desert, and mountains with fantastic views. The park has paved asphalt parking pads with nothing but a narrow strip of gravel between the sites, there is no screening of any kind and no landscaping except a few shrubs around the entrance. Given we had nothing but a narrow strip of gravel with no view and no landscaping we felt that $52 per night was too much money for what is basically a Greyhound bus parking lot. The laundry facility was small but clean and well maintained. The pool is miniature sized and although it’s heated, it was filled with lots of leaves while we were there, it needed to be skimmed. The office staff were courteous at checkin, but other staff we encountered seemed to be elderly and did not want to be bothered. Note also, there is nothing to do here. You do get a “discount” at the We-Co-Pah golf course, but it still costs $200 per person to play there. Trails are many miles away, further east off of Highway 87.

Blue Ridge

For Eagle View RV Resort At Fort Mcdowell: Really nice park in quiet location but convenient to Mesa, Phoenix and Scottsdale. We stayed here 3+ months, met many great people. Pretty full with snowbirds November - March, but worth staying if you can get a reservation. Don't give up if online res shows full - call them because they sometimes hold sites back. Not cheap, but not out of line for the premium location. Great showers, sites big enough, safe, very clean property.
