For KOA Holiday Williams Circle Pines: By far the best KOA that we have ever stayed at. 100% customer service oriented for families, pets couples, singles, for everyone ! No negatives, we even extended our stay.

For KOA Holiday Williams Circle Pines: We arrived (after hours) December 2022, it had snowed there and there was no way we could make it to our site. 45’ Entegra with 30’ stacker. After hours staff was very helpful and tried to make another site work. Will try again there!

For KOA Holiday Williams Circle Pines: Our site was pretty level, everything was very well taken care of, and we had no issues with water, sewer, or electricity. All sites are pull-thru, all have a fire ring and a picnic table. There's a nice dog park. The employees were very friendly and attentive to the property. The pool and hot tub were nice and very clean. The laundry room near us was small and costs $3.00 per machine. The store was large and well-stocked. The star-gazing when everyone's lights are off was spectacular. There's some road noise, but it didn't really bother us. The gas station next door offers diesel. We enjoyed our stay. If we're ever back in this area, we'd stay here again.

For KOA Holiday Williams Circle Pines: Freeway noise is loud 2; hours. Lots not level. Lots of trees. All gravel. Stuff for kids to do. If visiting Williams recommend Railroad RV. Never understand why a business that is about RV’s can’t make lots level or somewhat level. Friendly staff. And like all KzIA’s workers buzzing around on golf carts all day? Once again loud and I mean loud freeway noise all night.

Bee

For KOA Holiday Williams Circle Pines: This is the worst KOA experience we have had yet. Arrived in mid August 2021 excited for all of the amenities they offer for the kids. Upon arrival we were informed that the go-carts and jump pad were closed. The following day they closed the pool for no apparent reason. The customer service is terrible and the RV sites are terribly unlevel. Save your money and go up the road to the KOA journey- 1/2 price and way closer to the Grand Canyon.

Mike

For KOA Holiday Williams Circle Pines: Used to love this place for trees. Not so much anymore. Made reservations 6 months prior and asked for trees away from hiway. They put us in the only site with no shade all day and on hiway side. Many ATVs who don’t know the speed limit kicking up dust and Erving their motors from 7am. Plus they raised the rates a bunch. Never be back. Too many other options

For KOA Holiday Williams Circle Pines: So to be honest I’m not a big KOA fan. The park is OK and a decent distance between rigs compared to others I’ve stayed in. Very nice large pines in the campground and a lot of things for kids to do. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The big negative for me was the freeway noise...it’s right beside the campground and very loud with the big rigs going by. It’s relatively close to the Grand Canyon 60 miles away so I would most likely stay here again.
