For KOA Journey Red Bluff: Clean and neat park. A bit noisy due to proximity to interstate. Ask for a spot away from highway. Nice level concrete pads and easy hookups. Locker rooms/showers clean and spacious. Great spot for overnight stay when transiting I-5.

Linda

For KOA Journey Red Bluff: Very nice place. Clean and very well maintained. Close to freeway but we didn’t think it was very noisy. I gave it 4 stars based on the person working at the front desk. She was not very friendly, didn’t explain how to sign into WiFi, which wasn’t clear. Usually at the parks we stay, the staff is super friendly and helpful. Would still stay here again.

For KOA Journey Red Bluff: On their website, they had sites available in both Fountain View as well as their regular sites. I called to book a site for the next night but the lady said they were full. I told her their website showed more than one opening and she confirmed, nope, all full. So we stayed in Orland instead at The Parkway RV and loved it... with the lower rate I saved enough to buy some beer and wine at The Parkway. The next day we drove past Durango on the freeway and it is so close to the noise I'm glad we did not stay there. Funny thing... their website later that night and the next day still showed availability.

Teri

For KOA Journey Red Bluff: Stayed 4 nights. Very well run and clean. Would be 5 star except for location. Freeway is close to resort and you hear it 24/7, as well as an occasional train across the river. River sites are beautiful with large grass areas and cooler, but lots of bugs there. Stayed in fountain sites and was great. Lots of pull though sites. All sites are paved and have grass areas. They have beautiful pool, bocce ball, basketball, walking trails, and firepit seating area.

BigBird

For KOA Journey Red Bluff: This place is immaculately kept. It has to be or we would not have stayed our scheduled week. Staff is amazing. The reason I gave it 3 stars is because the insecure river walk entrance had homeless living 100 feet away, there was way to much freeway noise, we had homeless sleeping in there car next to us (we were separated by a iron fence, and lastly we stayed here for the pool but was never told it was closed until we arrived and was not offered a reduced price.

For KOA Journey Red Bluff: Firstly, this site is one of the nicest set up sites I have had the privledge to stay. Sites are large and spacious, the grounds are well maintained, and the pool and bath/showers were immaculate. This was a stop over, returning from DL. I would have liked to stay a few more days. The river is beautiful, but there is no access. Sitting with lawn chairs and reading books by the bank was still great.
Staff were nice and you are escorted to your rv site to get settled. Recycling curbsite pick up in the evenings and mornings.
You are close to the Hwy and will have some noise, depending on your site. I asked for and was placed in the back corner and road noise was more like white noise.
Great place!
