For Gualala Point Regional Park: Great little County Park in the midst of a redwood forest! They have "First Come, First Served" sites for those randomly traveling around. There is a steep bank down to the river however, you can still kayak or swim right at the campground. Very quiet as it is distant from PCH1.
One big drawback (for some) is that there is no cell phone service hence no internet through 4G network.
