For Fountain Creek RV Park: I gave them one star because the people were nice and the site was level. The campground was trashy and the restrooms smelled horrible. There were several permanent units that had trash and junk outside. No one bothered us but I wouldn’t stay here again.

For Fountain Creek RV Park: Lots of homeless living in woods at creek...old Rv’s with livins noise all night...in middle of town...would not stay here..Walmart is better..

For Fountain Creek RV Park: Booked this site from photo on Allstays. Booked one week because of location but the park is full of sad homeless people living on the creek next to the park. The park is full of outdated live a boards with trash everywhere. The dog next to us almost attacked our dog. Rates are expensive for this run down park.

For Fountain Creek RV Park: Made reservation for a week. Upon arrival, we saw an entire park full of scary / sketchy people. Two teens were exchanging drugs & cash 4' from us. We had to make a loop thru CG to get out. With exception of 2-3 Class A's, every site held old rundown rigs with nasty looking teens everywhere. Unkept sites with junk/trash everywhere. I was well armed, but still did not feel safe staying even one night. The positive ratings for this CG are very suspect. We've never seen a park, anywhere, that was as nasty as Fountain Creek. So sad, bc it has a GREAT location.

For Fountain Creek RV Park: Be aware this is a run down Park and is the hot spot for bums, addictes and panhandles. We were very shocked when arrived, so much so it scared us. We left after one night. Spooky!!

For Fountain Creek RV Park: Nice park, great location. Roads are paved but sites are pea gravel and dirt. Sites are level and plenty of room to maneuver. Reliable power and good water pressure. Walking distance to several fast food outlets and Mason Jar, a great family restaurant. Some sites have huge shade trees but our site was open and satellite worked just fine. Would stay here again. Overall rating would be higher if site was not dirt.

For Fountain Creek RV Park: We stayed here for 30 days in June. It is a great RV park, right outside the entrance you have McDonalds and Taco Bell. You are walking distance to old Colorado Springs, about 5 minutes to Manitu Springs, Pikes Peak and Graden Of the Gods. The sites are level but the road in is a little bumpy. The showers are a little dated but nice hot water. The laundry is clean and reasonable price. We will stay here again next time we come thru. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
