For Riverview RV Park and Campground: Aug 2019: We stayed one night in a very nice back in spot by the river. We could hear some traffic from Hwy 34 but overall it was very quiet. We went to sleep and woke up to the sound of the river which was wonderful. The bathrooms and showers were very clean. The staff is very nice. We would definitely stay there again.

For Riverview RV Park and Campground: We have stayed here three times (8/2017, 6/2018 and 10/2018). We got the weekly rate that came to about $35/night for a pull-through with full hookups. Sites are dirt, and some of them can get a little standing water after a good rain. Almost ever site has plentiful shade from the giant cottonwood trees. It sits right on the foot hills which provide plenty of shade from early morning sun as well. This place does have a large and very active long-term resident section. Some people are put off by this, but for us they make the park. They are extremely friendly, and they all work to take care of the park — building, tending the community garden and the chickens, cleaning, etc. At night everything is quiet. The staff are always bending over backwards to be friendly and helpful. We fell in love with the place because of them, and have formed some lasting friendships. We are going to be staying there for a full month next year. If we weren't so stuck on the Pacific NW we'd consider moving there ourselves. The playground is very serviceable and there are always plenty of kids there. During the spring & summer they have fun musical activities and stuff for the kids every weekend. Lots of sites have great views of the pavilion and playground which is great for us with kids. Verizon 3 bars 8Mb down AT&T 3 bars 16Mb down Loveland and Ft. Collins are close-by with all the shopping and restaurants you would need. The park is west of town on 34, in perfect position to explore Estes Park and the Rocky Mountain National Park.

For Riverview RV Park and Campground: We are here because of a rally with FMCA. It is a Passport America campsite, however it still a bit pricey. The site are tight, so tight we couldn’t open our awning, shabby picnic tables. They are level, with mature trees. Lots of permanent families live here. This park needs a lot of TLC, the grass/weeds are over grown. We have to walk from our site to the club house for meetings, needs manicured. It is summer and hot and muggy, the clubhouse doesn’t have A/C. Plus the main breaker broke and the electricity was out 3 hours, many RVs was without power. Thank goodness we had a generator to keep our rig cool as we have a small dog. Verizon service is good and WiFi is good.

For Riverview RV Park and Campground: Hmmmm......

We are full timers, so have traveled to many RV parks. Not impressed with all the what seems to be made up rules. First day we were there I was followed to my spot by a worker stating I was driving too fast in the park. I never speed in a parking lots period, let alone a RV park with children and pets. That is a huge pet peeve of mine. About a week later my husband was ticketed for the same thing. A few days later....it's winter time mind you,y husband was warned about running his truck longer than 3 MINUTES. The park is decent, nothing to brag about. Estes Park is your back door, so that is nice. However, I could not recommend this park. Also, over priced, wi fi is worthless and lots of trashy trailers in the back. I can't wait to leave....hoping to get a park up the road that is about $250 less a month. This may be decent for a few nights, that's all.

For Riverview RV Park and Campground: Great staff and things are being updated weekly. Please understand that they are still rebuilding after the devastating flood in Sept 2013. Will be going back

For Riverview RV Park and Campground: Tight spaces, dusty, and too many full timers for my taste. Wi fi and phone almost non existent. Staff was friendly tho.

For Riverview RV Park and Campground: The location is good, and the river is a great backdrop, however it's the dirt and extreme dust that outweighs all the positives. No grass. None. This could be a great place with some sod and irrigation. We stayed for two LONG weeks and not sure the dirt will ever be gone from our camper or kids.
