Papathao

For Buffalo Hills RV Park: Looks run down and sketchy. Definitely overpriced. Many long term or “permanent” residents. would not recoomend for safety reasons although no incidents when staying there as an overnight stop.

Ted

For Buffalo Hills RV Park: Worst campground ever. Pool hasn’t had water in a long time. Almost backed over a tree stump last night. Most sites are taken by long term or permanent campers. Priced like a nice Koa. Will not stay again. Walmart would have been better.

Linda

For Buffalo Hills RV Park: UGH! Overpriced! No WiFi/cable, disgusting men’s bathroom, spaces very small, junky looking. Owner obviously does not feel he needs to invest anything into caring for this property. Would not recommend and certainly will avoid this place in the future.

Keri

For Buffalo Hills RV Park: Terrible campground/rv park. Roads were terrible, many puncture vines and goat heads all over sites. We were unable to stay because we felt unsafe it’s the permanent residents. Would not recommended this campground at all.

G and L

For Buffalo Hills RV Park: This was a somewhat runned down campground which was pretty much dirt everywhere with a few trees. This was the only option for us as we were trying to time our lengths of stay in any state (A covid thing 😷) The manager was a good guy but after arrival said we had to register online. We felt a little uneasy at the site as we were on the other side of the freeway away from everything and close to the state penitentiary. Probably wouldnt stay here again and definitely for no more than an overnite stop.

Susan

For Buffalo Hills RV Park: Stayed here out of necessity along my travel route. Sites are gravel, as are the roads. It's pretty easy to get in and out of. 30 amp service only, but it and the water were fine. My site was not flat. What frightened me the most were the goat heads. Took 57 of them out of my shoes just setting up. I'd be terrified to walk a dog. Guy in the office was nice. Besides all that, if you don't have dogs, have a contained unit, and just need an overnight to rest, it's passable.

Kabu

For Buffalo Hills RV Park: Last minute stop. Lot of full timers with junk around sites. Bathrooms fair. Dirt lots, owner nice enough but would only stay as last resort
