For Big Tree RV Resort: Awful. Dismal, run-down MHP "retirement village" pretending to be an RV campground. No staff on site, no late arrival information that was promised, no working utilities.

For Big Tree RV Resort: This place is a gem! We were just looking for a place to stay the night to get some rest. Phil & Pat were very friendly and hospitable. The amenities were clean and convenient. We used the laundry and the showers/bathrooms, and went for an evening swim. Beautiful grounds! Peaceful and quiet. We definitely recommend and will stay again if passing through!
