For Sunshine Key RV Resort: PARADISE!!! Clean, wide. Level spots,,, great little beach in several areas when low tide. Only downside is addition of more rental units vs adding more camping spots!! Wonderful, friendly , very helpful staff! Strongly recommend contacting them DIRECTLY to ask questions about sites !’ Manatees in Marina, starfish while kayaking! Large iguanas in mangroves, lovely little island in channel to explore

For Sunshine Key RV Resort: The facility was nicely refurbished after the hurricane, front desk professional and friendly. A very lively and fun place. The marina was very busy with no place to park and the marina staff very unprofessional which is why I gave a 3 star rating. The manager settled the dispute in a satisfactory way but the marina staff left me with such a bad feeling I will not be going back.

For Sunshine Key RV Resort: We really enjoyed our time here. It was very nice having the many amenities and the team works hard to maintain and improve the facilities. The social gatherings were fun and we were never at a loss for things to do.

For Sunshine Key RV Resort: Beautiful & well maintained w pea graveled, level sites. Immaculate bathhouses. Actual “beach†area was smaller than expected & VERY CLOSE to hwy 1 but did have nice lounge
chairs. Will stay again.

For Sunshine Key RV Resort: Beautiful place, really large lots, lots of palm trees and lots of water. Beautifully landscaped pool. (No hot tub tho). Beach offers really nice lounge chairs. Fishing pier/sunset viewing also very nice. Easy access to swimming. Gravel with black paved streets. Nice staff! (Only drawback- showers tho spic and span are extremely small)

For Sunshine Key RV Resort: A ton of things to do for adults and kids alike. Only draw back was the water pressure. Staff was nice and courteous. Great views of the water and nice beach area. Would stay again this year.

For Sunshine Key RV Resort: Very nice park. Clean but non A/C restrooms. Wifi is extra but we used cellphone hotspot. Best cable TV I have experienced in a RV park. Large park with marina & fishing. Will stay again.
