For Natures Resort: I stayed 8 years ago. I was a cute rustic RV park. The place has gone way down hill since my last visit. Tons of repairs need to be done. Jam packed with yearly & seasonal residents, who mostly older RVs not being maintained very well. Not big rig friendly as advertised. We were packed in like cord wood with a power line just above our roof. Cable didn’t work. Picnic tables are old and full of splinters. The only upside was the rental boats at the Marina. were nice & new. If you are over 35ft I would avoid this place. There are nicer rv parks around the area that can accommodate.

For Natures Resort: Avoid this place at all costs! My hubby has been coming here since he was a teenager living in Florida & we have been here a few times since we retired 14 years ago & we will never come back. It’s very rustic, poorly maintained & sites are outdated (all hook ups). The staff is not customer service oriented nor accommodating except for gal who works in the store. Sites are VERY tight so if you have anything over 35’ it’s almost impossible. The only redeeming value are the waterfront sites but those are just as tight/unkempt. So sad to see a family favorite go so far downhill.

For Natures Resort: Where do I start?! I honestly don’t usually do bad reviews but-oh my goodness! 1) The campers are packed in like rats in a woodpile! 2) The camp host who tried to be helpful was a chain smoker who flicked his butts into people’s campsites! 3) Our campsite was occupied by one neighbor’s boat and another neighbor’s car and kayaks! 4) We had to wait a half an hour just for the neighbor to move his car so we could pull into our spot. 5) After we finally got set up, we realized the septic pipe was broken. (Yes they did fix it but not before we went looking for better sites) 6) The other three sites they offered were either too small, or littered with debris. 7) I finally found a site that looked nice but after we moved onto it we realized the last camper had left his septic spill behind and no one had bothered to check it or clean it up! 8) The pit bull that was tied out, alone, was vomiting and nobody cared! 9) The front desk lady did the right thing and gave us a refund!!!! And THEN the manager said we couldn’t have a refund! Boy was he mad when I showed him my receipt! He was very angry and rude and said something like, “good, leave, I’m sure you’ll be happy somewhere else!” To which, I could only reply, “I couldn’t agree more!” In 17 months of full time travel, I have never been more happy to leave a place!!!

For Natures Resort: Way to noisy. Cramped spaces, constant vehicles driving past our site. Also, looks like at least 50% of the sites have permanent residents. We will not be back.

For Natures Resort: First of all when we pulled up it was 3:50 pm.., which was about 10 minutes before close. We pulled around to our site, B6 and realized that we had the ABSOLUTE WORST spot in the park. However, after venturing out I do believe there were way worse spots. Our neighbors were at least nice and quiet. When we finally got backed in, we realized that they put our 40 ft. class A in a spot that was about 42 feet deep if you counted the tree that was in the way of backing in all the way in. Here’s the rundown of our spot and experience. We had no parking for our tow vehicle. We were in B6 and B5 was a better spot and vacant the entire time we were there. This is where they should have put us. We couldn’t even slide one of our slides out because we had to put our tow vehicle between it and the power. We addressed this with them through messaging and they NEVER told us to move or that we could park in B5 since no one was in there. Water & power were on the opposite side than they should have been on. Thank goodness, we had an extension for our power cord because it took every inch of it. The sewer hook up was busted. They sent maintenance on day 2 of 3 to fix it. The attendant at the front desk barely looked at my husband when he walked in at check in. She told him the WIFI network and that it was free. When we tried to connect to the WIFI, it wouldn’t work. Let me make a long story short. I left a message the first night that was never returned. After them finally Facebook messaging me back the next day and saying “TECH XXX-XXX-XXXX”. I guess that message means I should call the TECH #. I did and he informed me the antennas were out and weren’t going to be back up anytime soon. After going back and forth with them, we were informed to go to the community room or marina. It didn’t work at either. So DO NOT COUNT ON INTERNET. Candy is abrupt and rude. Just be prepared. There is no visible security anywhere and this is a huge park. They need security. They also need parking attendants. This park is the tightest park we have ever stayed n and it’s huge. No one will help you get set up or show you to your site. Not that we expect that, but we have had it at many parks, especially the larger parks. This park is really big and tight with poor lighting. There’s no way we could have gotten parked at night. The drunks come out to party at night. We watched a woman fall down because she was drunk. Another couple was so drunk they could barely put their words together. This was at the marina area where the TIKI bar is. But, at night the drunks were walking to and from the TIKI bar and they are loud. Spot B6 is just dirty. Leaves, no grass, dirt, broken pad. GROSS. Kids should never ride their bikes in this park. They will run a great risk of getting ran over by some of the teenagers flying around in golf carts and it’s just too tight to prevent that. This place could be so much more, but there are so many full-time residents with just piles of CRAP outside. Everything from storage unit to beer and liquor signs everywhere, 4 wheelers, golf carts everywhere, and refrigerators outside. I could go on and on about the crap inside this park. But, for brevity I’ll stop. Save yourself a lot of frustration and book somewhere else!

For Natures Resort: Lots of full timers. Great location but could use some TLC. The WIFY is unsecured and was not connected to the internet. Don’t think we will go back.

For Natures Resort: This place has narrow roads, narrow spaces and utilities that are behind the rigs. I would not recommend coming in after dark as signage is poor. Seems to have a seasonal crowd. We won't go back.
