For Alligator Park: Management should be ashamed of themselves. Not nice people, karma will get you. Residents are nice and friendly, park is clean but poor management ruins it. We won’t go back!!

For Alligator Park: Pristine, clean bordering on sterile. But mostly a mobile home park with some RV sites. Concrete pads with utilities at the back of the sites. No tables, no firepits, a few trees. Beware! The listed office address led my GPS to the laundry. Arriving after hours (6 pm), my phone call was answered by an Answering Service, who had no clue where the office and my registration papers might be. Also age restricted.

For Alligator Park: Alligator Park: People here are great to work with and the friendly group of campers makes everyone feel welcome.What a great place to stay. Very nice lots, all paved and level. Great pool and laundry facilities with an Iron! Good library to get books, everything is clean and cared for pet friendly. We came Jan 1 2022 and leaving for Idaho May 1 2022

For Alligator Park: What a great place to stay. Very nice lots, all paved and level. Great pool and laundry facilities with an Iron! Good library to get books, everything was top notch. Internet is free for first 5 hours, small fee for 5 days.

For Alligator Park: Very nice campground. Numerous sites available for overnighters during the "off season". Good pool, clean and modern bathrooms, and a great laundry. Easy on and off access to I-75. Big rig friendly. Few trees but all sites are level and have concrete pads. Close to Punta Gorda, a charming town.
