For Jack Hill State Park: Not much to do but a great place to relax. Has a golf course , one short hiking trail, and a nice fishing lake. Camp sites are close and only 30 sites. Clean showers and bathrooms . Camp host were nice and helpful. Will be going back when we need just to relax!

Wandering Sandals

For Jack Hill State Park: Just a night stay at beautiful site #22 with good view of the pond (although the better view was site #23). Equipped with wooden swings, leveled and graveled sites, long enough for trailer and towing vehicle. Somewhat long distance to bathroom. Since campsite is elliptical by design, so no such thing as centralized bathroom, some people have to walk longer distance than others. But bathroom was clean, modern and fully functional. Few mosquitoes and no tick to harass our pooch. Our gripe was total cost of campsite; too many taxes plus entrance fee that brought it up to $35/day for partial hook up. Absolutely no WiFi at the campground (maybe had at Golf Course?) and can't pickup any OTA channels. Come on people, offer those basic services in this day-and-age. For folk don't need those, it doesn't matter anyway. Dump station and trash bin are conveniently locate at the exit. Pond can't be frolicked just because 2 alligators? Move them to better place and let people swim on very hot days!

Marty

For Jack Hill State Park: Not a bad little park, but unless you golf or fish there isn't much to keep you here for more than a night or so. Some sites are near the lake, but if you can't get on of those look for the more private ones in the very back of the campground. Not a lot of space between sites.

Mungo

For Jack Hill State Park: Nice, small campground next to a golf course. The golf course looked very nice. While we were there the check in building was being rebuilt and will be brand new soon. We stayed in site #28 a full hookup site. I think there are only 4 full hookup sites. Really nice and peaceful. The lake has rental boats. There were also some very nice looking rental cabins also. We would definitely stay again.

Xatlatc

For Jack Hill State Park: Full hookups on four sites. I didn't get to explore the park due to the rain but it looked very nice. Small HD antenna pulled in four channels. Verizon had three dots LTE. I'll stop again if I'm in the area.
