For KOA Holiday Kankakee South: Great place to stay. Park was very clean, dog friendly, quiet and had wonderful shade trees. Sites have fire rings, picnic table and full hookups. Gravel pads were level. We stayed in a 5th wheel and definately would stay agsin.

For KOA Holiday Kankakee South: Not for Big Rigs. They tried to put 43' towing a car on a 56' site. Very narrow roads, we couldn't leave without hitting tree branches. We didn't stay but the park was really crowded and we had to wait until cars were moved before we could out. This looked to be a local place for tents and small campers who didn't mind being close to their neighbors. If you have a fifth wheel or a Class A, keep driving.

For KOA Holiday Kankakee South: The water at this campground smells horrible. At night, there are gigantic black monsterous beetles that dive bomb you, attach to you and won't let go. If you stay here, plan on being cooped up inside after sunset.
