For Camp Atterbury Campground: The camp host Jim & Sally are awesome! Park very clean and well taken care of. Had a great welcome gathering on Saturday night with camp fire food games, fishing and kayak races. Big sites, easy access and welcoming community. Thanks for the great weekend.

For Camp Atterbury Campground: Avoid at all cost. They are not military friendly. They forced all of us active duty soldiers that were on orders here and staying at the RV park to leave, then put a limit on how long we could stay, and on top of it all they raised the monthly rate to $900!!! It’s a parking lot in the middle of of nowhere Indiana, and they want more than all the surrounding RV parks. If you support the military at all you will go somewhere else until they change their policies. Brown County has an amazing park, and so does Bill Monroe. Again, avoid this place at all costs.

For Camp Atterbury Campground: We’re on our first road trip from north west and staying military Campgrounds as many as we can. Left from Great Lakes Navy Training Center Campground yesterday and checked in here at Camp Atterbury. What a difference! Camp Atterbury campground is very well maintained and very clean, free fire woods too. Laundry room is a little way from campsites but it’s huge air conditioned room, very clean and you can use Credit Card or debit card as well as coins. Same price we paid here and in Great Lakes, the Great Lakes campsite was electric only, some campers live there long time, like two years and junk all over, campers are not allowed to use gateway Inn laundry facility, you have to find out yourself if you can use marina laundry room or outside base cleaners, front desk don’t know anything about it. Highly recommended Camp Atterbury.

For Camp Atterbury Campground: Why is there so much litter at military campgrounds, this was not an exception. The restrooms/showers were basic but clean. The sites were well spaced, with no shade. Laundry was $1.00 each. We didn't use the cable TV. Small lake/retention pond for fishing. 2 shelters for picnics, playground on site, post swimming pool within walking distance. About 1/3 or more of sites were occupied by long term residents.

For Camp Atterbury Campground: The RV park is awesome! How ever ther are few sites that are for travelers. There are a lot of full timers living there. Camp host was very accommodating. My husband was ill and we needed to stay longer. She was great !
