For Tailwater: The road noise crossing river a little noisy but the spot was right on water. They let out water every day but nothing to come into camp. Would stay again and half off so worth it.

For Tailwater: 40’ Motorhome. Roads getting here very narrow and tight. No sewer hook up just dump station. Campground is ok. Water hookups are 1 spot for 4 sites so be aware. Why do all the ACE have speed bumps come on their hard on a motorhome and campers and they don’t really slow down speeders.

For Tailwater: I agree with the other reviews. However, I did not find that the sites were that close together. They may have been closer than some other ACE sites, but certainly not as close together as independent campground sites. When you are arriving for the first time be aware that the campground is not well marked. In fact there are no campground signs until you are in the campground. Fortunately I looked at the satellite view and knew where to turn off, thanks AllStays!

For Tailwater: We loved Tailwater! The water was beautiful! We were on spot 24 and we had an awesome view of the Barren River. The sulphur smell can be a little bad at times from the Dam, but otherwise, we had a great stay. Nice, level, back-in spots. Bathhouse was ok but HOT.

For Tailwater: Sites are good and level, little narrow and close to neighbors. The dam is right there.
