For Lake Hudson Recreation Area: The park itself is very nice. Great for night sky watching.
The camp site is on grass. It seems difficult when it is wet. We have seen deep tire indentation, indicating somebody got stuck. The biggest challenge was the electrical hook up. It is very (!) far away. I have read this, but I have an electrical extension, so I thought I am fine. Wrong! It took two extensions to connect, without driving the RV into the woods. So, be prepared!!

For Lake Hudson Recreation Area: Nice state park. Sites are grass and big enough. After a rain, it was tough though. Be careful about getting stuck as I saw some other do.
