For Camp Grayling Trailer Park: Camp hosts are sweet and easy to work with. Road has been grated and area sprayed for mosquitoes and ticks. Park offers 30 and 50 amp as well as full hook up. Let’s are welcome. Very close to beach. Clean bath house. Nice playground for the kids. Some full timers. Great price for a night or for the season.

For Camp Grayling Trailer Park: My husband and I are both veterans and spent many summer camps here and were looking forward to camping here for memories sake after 40 years. They obviously did not do any upgrades to this park at all. It’s full of full time military trailers and it’s very small. It’s rundown, and messy looking. It was very disappointing just to drive through.

For Camp Grayling Trailer Park: A dump. The post commander needs to do better. The whole post needs a good police call and a weed eater that works.

Ohana6

For Camp Grayling Trailer Park: $17 for an unpaved, sandy, bumpy, shaded back in space. Our lot had a 30amp, sewer, and water hook up. Made reservations via phone, but check in was at site thru camp host. Pets allowed! Quiet area. Trash filled fire pit and broken picnic table. Bathroom and showers closed due to Covid. Many campers live there full time. Less than 10 min walk to lake was nice. Overall, decent place to stop overnight considering it’s the closest military rv park to Sleeping Bear Dunes/Traverse City and has full hook ups.

Royal

For Camp Grayling Trailer Park: Shower and bath house closed due to COVID restrictions. Not fancy, not visually appealing at all but for a cheap ($17) over night it works.

For Camp Grayling Trailer Park: Park is not well cared for. As of 5/12/18, there is no 50 amp pull through. Only "pull through",the front half was occupied by a 5th wheel. We are 45 ft long & towing. We left rather than "make do". Old trailers, if you have another choice, choose to skip this park. Only good thing is it is cheap.

Dave A.

For Camp Grayling Trailer Park: Stayed here one night. Very quiet with loads of shade. Not fancy, but clean and affordable.
Note: The phone number on this site goes to a person at the Officers Club who will take your reservation. I strongly recommend that you ask for and call the on-site park manager to confirm your reservation. We made a reservation, but when we arrived the park manager had no knowledge of it. Fortunately, there was space available, so no problem. Also note that your GPS my not take you to the correct entrance. Follow signs to Camp Grayling; go through security, then take first right which has a sign for the campground.
