LEO gal

For KOA Port Huron Resort: This place is like Disney World. I have never seen a campground so full (weekend only). Be prepared for much noise that carries on past quiet hours.

Mike R

For KOA Port Huron Resort: A very nice campground. Lots of sites and all pretty level. We were there early in the season so not too busy. Would be very busy in the summer. They are very strict about outside firewood. Would be nice if they let campers know before they arrive in the welcome e-mail. Would definitely recommend this place.

Ferret

For KOA Port Huron Resort: Nothing wrong with this campground and facilities. The only problem was that both the sign on the Interstate and the details in Allstays say, "open until Oct 31". When we got there on the 27th they ere closed. Moral of this story is to ALWAYS check the campground website because it stated closing on the 27th. Even thought they had closed for the season they allowed us to stay the night.

Donjs7

For KOA Port Huron Resort: This is a very nice park, especially for families. We only stayed a night, and since it was past Labor Day, it seemed the place was winding down. But the amenities were phenomenal, just don’t know the cost. Facilities are clean and functional. Sites adequate and level. Agree with previous reviewer RE: staff— no big deal, really, but young gal who checked us in might have been a bit more personable. Biggest gripe was the scarcity of “road” signs when you’re supposed to find your site by the various road names.

For KOA Port Huron Resort: Wow, we have never stayed at a resort KOA before. If you are looking for a vacation destination for the kids and just want to park the rig and have everything right there- this is it. We stayed here simply as a stop over point for two nights, but I can definitely see the appeal for families. The facility was extremely well kept, with lots of service people around to help. The only cons were office staff were a bunch of high school students(maybe college)who weren't the best with handling any kind of problem that might arise. Otherwise- well done KOA!

For KOA Port Huron Resort: Fantastic staff, everything is very clean. So much to do for the kids. I'd rate it higher if I could

Kc

For KOA Port Huron Resort: Grass site, 30amp, water, and sewer. Wide site, some are paved, some gravel and some grass/dirt.
