For The Landing Point RV Park: Staff friendly & helpful. Loved our site with shade & concrete pad. Easy set up. Haven’t tried the bathrooms yet, but whole park is we’ll maintained with mature trees Would definitely use this RV park again.

For The Landing Point RV Park: Loved this campground. Beautiful trees, nice level sites friendly office staff. Totally enjoyed sitting out listening to all the Red Breasted Robins singing. Would have given 5 stars but the only amenities were a playground for the kids that needed upgrading and ability to purchase propane. Also was disappointed there were no soap dispensers to wash your hands in the restrooms and I checked 3 different restrooms. Highly recommend regardless.

For The Landing Point RV Park: Stayed in pull through full hookup concrete pad site #73. It was very comfortable and the 2 large trees provided excellent shade. This was much appreciated during hot weather! Kind office staff and above average private bathrooms and showers. This place also has a recycling bin - wow! The 20+ cable channels were great. Free campground wifi was good at first but it slowed dramatically once the weekend warriors showed up. Good signal for AT&T so my wifi hotspot worked well. Go check out the Missouri Wall of Fame during your stay. La Croix creek is located next to the campground. The water is amazingly clear so it's worth a visit.

For The Landing Point RV Park: I’ll start with the pros of the park. There were a lot of large shade trees and even some shrubs that help give some privacy on some of the lots. I enjoyed a very large concreted area to park the RV on and place chairs and picnic table on. I enjoyed the gated dog run and so did my best friend. The staff were helpful and friendly. The bathrooms were clean and handicap accessible even for showers. The creek was quite pretty actually, however, quite shallow if you were wanting to get wet on a hot day. In the evenings it was pretty calm and relaxing. Some areas to improve upon if possible are the following: I WOULD appreciate the ability to use a canopy for additional shade, especially since they’re is such a large concreted area to put it on. That seemed like kind of a waste of a great concreted area. If you have kids they will be sadly disappointed that there is no pool, the playground area has no mulch, the play-set looks rotten to the point I would not dare let my kids play on it, and the creek is so shallow it does not make up for the fact that there is no pool. So, if you do not have kids or you’re looking for more long-term RV sites this might be right up your alley since it has very close proximity to Cape Girardeau and is very pet friendly for dogs. Since I do have three kids, I do not plan on coming back, but like I said I don’t think it is a park made for weekend campers with children.

For The Landing Point RV Park: It really depends on what you’re looking for. We stayed for one evening. It was a clean nice place to stay but we like to be in nature. This was surrounded by the road and we had a street lap on our site that we did not enjoy. However, the attendant was pleasant and helpful and the site seemed well maintained and flat. We would stay again out of convenience and proximity to Cape Girardeau.

For The Landing Point RV Park: Stayed twice while visiting Daughter in Cape, will stay again, mostly quiet (some road noise behind park) but not bad, clean older park, Great Staff, showers and restrooms need work, Wifi was sketchy and slow. Back ins along creek are shady, large level concrete sites with level gravel to pad. Pet friendly!

For The Landing Point RV Park: Good contact by phone, great staff. Site was good, even though it had been raining here a lot, the gravel entrance to a concrete site pad was good. Concrete patio with a picnic table, burn pit (wood available at office), Pedestal clean contact, water faucet is nice as it stands about 3' high. There is no parking on the concrete, but the gravel parking at the primary end was big enough for 3 pickups and the entry side for one vehicle even though our total length is 65'. There are some permanent residents here who are not very neat, but it is all nice and quiet.
