For Martin Lake Resort: Park looks nice at first, but when entering into RV area it is a dump. Most RVs are permanent residents which doesn’t usually bother us, except that these people do not take care of their homes. It looks and feels like a junkyard. Security is friendly and helpful and the front desk staff are super nice. It’s ok for just one night but don’t expect to camp here. Will be trying out Camp David RV Resort for our next visit.

For Martin Lake Resort: Good enough for one night. Most of the park is permanent and residents do not take care of their RV's. We used the 50amp but used the water in our tanks. I don't trust water from a campground that is not taken care of(bad experience). We did use Passport America for cost of $24.

For Martin Lake Resort: Not bad for an over nighter. Info say 45 ft max. Not really suited for the bigger rigs. Tight turns and narrow roads. A lot of permanent residents also.

For Martin Lake Resort: It's fine for just an overnight, but nothing more. We have a 30 foot motorhome and we had no trouble parking. Mostly back-in sites, mostly people lived in the park. For a quick overnight it was fine.

For Martin Lake Resort: Eeew...just don't. We spent the night there and while the people we met were nice, the whole place was just sketchy. Sites are so small and crammed in there. We have a 45 foot and it was way too big for this place. The pool was supposed to be open till 10 but at 6 it was totally dark and the lone employee on "security" duty said he didn't have a key to turn the lights on. Probably good that it was dark when we arrived. In the morning we saw the whole park in all it's glory. Most there were permanent residents, as evidenced by all the wood decks that we're rotting apart, yet still attached to their rigs. One directly next it us looked like something straight out of the "Hoarders" show. Again, just kep on going.
