For Hugh White State Park - Outlet Channel: An absolute disgrace! Sadly in need of maintenance. Concrete picnic tables are so covered with black mold and moss that they aren’t useable several sites are in long standing water. Pads are asphalt and many are so crumbled as to be unusable. For a state park, this is a shame.
