For Dan River Campground: We picked this place for a quick weekend getaway with family. It was tucked away down by the river. Was very clean. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Not too big, but that is what we wanted. Had a pool, playground, picnic areas and a small pond. They also offer river tubing and kayaking. We went tubing down the Dan River and loved how easy and relaxing it was.

Grubstake
For Dan River Campground: Great place to camp. We will stop
again when we are in the area. NO TROUBLE GETTING INTO OR OUT OF THE CAMPGROUND!
