For Gettysburg Campground: Staff was very pleasant and organized. Our site was clean and fire pit was emptied out from previous campers. Bathrooms are worn but clean and showers had plenty of hot water. Would not hesitate to stay again.

For Gettysburg Campground: Very pleasant stay mid-week. Towards the weekend the place filled up and sites were very tight. Some teenage girls walking around in the middle of the night making a racket on the weekend. Because of this we left early. Decent cell service and WiFi. Bathrooms cleaned a couple times daily so very clean. Nice quilt shop up the road so it made me happy.

For Gettysburg Campground: Very well kept place. Sites are a bit on top of each other. One along the creek are awesome. We will be back for sure prices are better than other private campgrounds. Mini golf is lame but it’s free!

For Gettysburg Campground: Nice campground! We had a nice shaded site on the creek. Plenty of space between sites. Hook ups functioned as you would expect.The people running it were very friendly. We planned to stay the week but flash flood warning caused the owners to consider shutting down the campground. We moved to another campground that was high and dry. Would definitely return to this campground next time. Close to everything.

For Gettysburg Campground: Great campground. We ran into a snag right away. The site we were assigned to had a problem with the electrical outlet. Apparently the party that stayed there before us had an electrical fire and put it out but failed to notify the campground staff of it. The electrical box was black and charred and started smoking when we plugged our Defender into it. We notify the office and they came out to the site and checked it out. They immediately offered us our choice of two sites and took us to them to look at them. The rest of our stay was very relaxing and nice by the creek watching the ducks swin by.

For Gettysburg Campground: Disclaimer: This opinion is based on my personal experience, some people actually enjoy camping like this .... not me. Silly close sites, and my neighbor seems to be content making my site theirs as well. No matter where you set up, I would feel like I parked my rig in downtown Philly. There is NO privacy and no matter where you are you see at least three campers no more than 40 feet from you. Tonight we are blessed with a trailer DJ being towed through and the music is blasting. This place is literally like a circus. I will NEVER camp here again. Pros: Electric is stable with most people running AC, water pressure is good, and site hook ups are in good shape and easy to get to.
