For Sadlers Creek State Park: Saddler’s Creek State Park Great view of the lake. The showers are a little old but clean. We stayed in Site 60. This site has a slightly sloping “backyard” leading down to the lake with some level spots to fish. Great view of the sunset out our back window. Wind was a little stronger on this site because of the lake. The host was super nice. Verizon 2-3 bars. Elevation +/- 770

For Sadlers Creek State Park: Most sites are on an extreme angle. They also flood! We are so disappointed with the place we moved to a different one 1.5 miles away. Best way to describe the park is like a motel 6. Ok if you have too but, look for a better place if you can. I can say the bathrooms and showers were clean. So giving it an extra star for that.

Camping Joes

For Sadlers Creek State Park:
This place is a tent campers delight and an RVers nightmare. This campground is dated and not very RV friendly. Most sites, except for the handicapped sites, are not level. I actually had to find a Home Depot to buy some cinder blocks to get my camper level enough. The roads and pads are all gravel and given the terrain can actually cause you to get stuck. The dump station is a tight squeeze and the trails are narrow and turn arounds just a bit too small for today's equipment.
Do not plan to bring any class A to this campground, you may be forced to abandon it.

The campground had several nice play sets, a decent bike trail and an excellent fishing pier, but no good place to swim without getting covered in red mud.

On the bright side, the bathrooms were very clean and the hot water was plentiful.
