For Cunningham RV Park: We enjoyed our overnight here- we were a bit skeptical after reading some reviews but found the park freshly mowed and site easy to access. We enjoyed the heated showers and friendly resident campers. Swimming pool looked well kept. There are some long term campers but everything was clean and tidy (didn’t see any junk cars etc). Would stay here again for an easy overnight RV park close to the interstate.

For Cunningham RV Park: Park overall was nice. Staff was friendly and helped out right away when in need of assistance. I would’ve given a 5 star, but the key takeaway to this RV park are a few old campers are in the park that look trashy which does not help the appearance of the park. We stayed in lot 98 and you could tell the upkeep on the camper in lot 97 was trashy. Parts of their camper was held together with duck tape, camper was not leveled, trash on the table, a pickup truck sitting there that didn’t look like it ran in years with extra tires propped up next to it. I can see why a lot of other RV parks out there frown on campers that are older than 10 years old. This one looked like from the 70’s or 80’s.

For Cunningham RV Park: This park is convenient for those traveling via I85. However, it is an absolute mess. Mostly seasonal or year round residents, sites are covered in trash and broken down vehicles, one even has an engine pulled out and just sitting there amongst all the trash on the site. They advertise a camp store, that’s simply not true. The remnants of a store remain in the office but that’s is just peg board and trash piled up. The staff smokes inside the office while you’re speaking with them. There is traffic in and out all night long, it just doesn’t have a safe feel. If you can avoid this place do it!

For Cunningham RV Park: Park seems nice enough , clean grass is mowed lots are laid out nicely there just seems to be quite a few people who live here year-round. could put them in a different part of the park together instead of spread out with everyone else.pool is nice facilities are clean and well-kept . I’d stay again if I’m in the area.

For Cunningham RV Park: I live nearby, and drove through last night looking for a place to camp. Nice pool, and large grassy sites, but there are several long time residents who live here year-round. There is trash and junk all over, clotheslines strung from a trailer to a tree, pit bulls tied to a tree, rotting plywood, old broken down office chairs, you name it and you'LL see it! It's really bad looking. Mgmt clearly does not care how the campground looks and that's sad. It could be a nicer place and it is really convenient to I-26 and I-85.
