For Agricenter RV Park: Perfectly fine for an overnight or a few days. Did not try any of the laundry or shower facilities. Lots of people living there it appears. Area seems reasonably safe. The camp hosts were friendly. Several chain restaurants in the area. Apparently the steakhouse on the property is excellent. There’s also good barbecue in the area. You would expect that with Memphis.

For Agricenter RV Park: Long (70-75’) FHU-50 amp pull-thru RV spaces. Sites are narrow with gravel and grass intermixed. Lots of (what appears to be) long-term live-ins. Sites that were open for travelers were busy. Quiet and and felt safe. Wifi. Laundry. Internal roads seemed a bit narrow but big rigs will fit. Your front faces the front of your neighbor. There is a Farmer’s Market within walking distance. RV park is nothing special but it is decent and is the only RV park in the area we needed so we were happy to be here and would stay again. Do not use GPS to get here as it takes you to the Agricenter HQ which then requires winding through the Agricenter park to find the RV park. Instead follow the directions listed on AllStays.

For Agricenter RV Park: Used this as a home base for a week of work. Sites are gravel and narrow. Your outdoor area is adjacent to your neighbor’s area. It worked out well for us with a good neighbor. Many long term people staying in the park. Laundry facilities were okay- only 2/3 washers and 2/4 dryers worked. Not the most visually appealing but safe, clean, and quiet which were our must haves. Also- farmers market up the hill has a great selection, and across the street is a large open field where dogs can run off leash.

Julianne

For Agricenter RV Park: Stayed here 8 days. Camp host very nice, great trails to walk with the dog and saw runners and mountain bikers on the trails. Lots of deer, birds and a bunny. The Agricenter itself is a great place, near everything you need. Bison in Shelby Farms park! Huge 100 acre Shelby Farms dog park for your dog that listens to your commands. The rv park itself - meh. The host basically said not to use the bathroom, so I assume it’s in bad shape. Laundry was ok - not the worst. A lot of long term people here. Flooding in rain. Every other site pulls through from the opposite direction- our neighbor’s door faces ours about 10 feet away, while the hookup side is just far enough away so that we both can have out slide outs out.

Hank

For Agricenter RV Park: If you like being able to reach out and touch your neighbor and just love having to listen to their conversations all day and night long then this is the RV park for you! To say the sites here are cramped would be an understatement! It’s truly a parking lot experience. Maybe ok for a one night quick stay but that’s about it. We won’t be returning anytime ever!

Woody

For Agricenter RV Park: This is a fairgrounds parking lot. That being said the hosts were friendly and helpful. They put us in an end slot as we are 72 feet bumper to bumper. The framers market is nice. Must go to the Commissary in German town for BBQ. The location was busy when we were there in September, but was quiet at night.

For Agricenter RV Park: Have stayed at this park 2-3 times a year for last 4 years, only because it is close to family. Only noticeable improvements in this time are paved interior roads and friendlier hosts. However, I still get depressed every time I arrive. The sites are narrow, place is a mud pit when it rains, sites are trashy, lots of construction workers firing up their diesel trucks at 6:00 am to go to work (several feel the need to allow the engines to idle for 15 minutes or more before driving off). We have yet to even pull out a chair to sit outside, just too depressing. Cannot comment on washrooms or laundry. We checked them out the 1st time we stayed and they were disgusting. Haven’t built the courage to stop in on our subsequent stays. On the positive side: Hookups work fine, never felt unsafe, paved internal roads are easy for big rigs to navigate, easy satellite reception as in whole park may have one tree inside the perimeter. I struggle understanding other reviewers ratings, as if you read the narratives, it doesn’t sound anything like a 3 or 4 star park. I feel sorry for them if they think this is what a 3 or 4 star park is. I sure wish there was an better alternative in the area, but haven’t heard of one, so we keep returning.
