For Cherokee Landing Campground: It gets a five. GREAT staff. Nice. nice. yes roads a little worn with dirt over the asphalt and yes the bathrooms are old. but they were not pay and the hot water was great and they were very clean. Nice views. Rustic. Good Verizon!!!! I plan to come back. Older yes but nice lake, nice trails, nice staff, pot luck on saturday night, friendly, so it gets a five for that easily. Chuck

For Cherokee Landing Campground: This is a very large resort. Roads are a bit rough but the bath houses though old are nice and clean. They have potluck dinners on a lot of Saturdays and will also have a band every so often.
This is a Thousand Trails / Naco park and as with a lot of their parks could use a little of that corporate money spent on it. But all in all this is a very kid and pet family park with a lot of wildlife to see.
