For KOA Holiday Townsend Great Smokies: Beautifully landscaped and on the little river. The area outside the great Smokies is just beautiful. The bathroom, and the laundry area were updated and very clean. The only reason that we are giving it for Starz, is the pool was closed until memorial day.for the price, would’ve been nice to have a pool.

For KOA Holiday Townsend Great Smokies: Sites were smaller than, what we consider, normal. Folks were very nice. Showers needed renovated.

For KOA Holiday Townsend Great Smokies: Been there 2 years in a row now. Great place. We meet up with other couples each year. Nice spots. Some of the river lots are beautiful but are extremely hard to get! So plan a year ahead or so. Very friendly staff. Nice big dog park. Activities for the kids. Close to a lot of attractions. Cons- no cell service. Average WiFi. We will be there again next year!

For KOA Holiday Townsend Great Smokies: Very clean, helpful staff, beautiful grounds and just outside the GSM national park. Sites with a fire pit are worth the extra few dollars.

For KOA Holiday Townsend Great Smokies: Surprising clean and well maintained. We were impressed and enjoyed our stay in our 25 foot trailer.
We plan to return to this park in the future.
