For Reagan County Park: This is a nice, quiet county park on the edge of town. It adjoins the high school athletic fields, so some afternoons and nights will have ball games going on. You will be parking around the edge of the parking lots and/or roads. The sites are very level. There are electrical hookups (30a) and water surrounding the parking lots and roads (obviously for festival and fair use). The electric was all turned off during our stay, but the water was working. There is a sign and lockbox at the entrance requesting $15 for overnight use. Not sure if this is supposed to cover electric and water use or boondockers as well. We boondocked and did not use any water or electric so we left $5 in the box.
