For Sandy Lake MH & RV Resort: Arrived Sunday afternoon around 4:00pm to find the office closed and no registration packet in the box even though I had made the reservation early Saturday afternoon. I had no idea which site I was assigned nor where it was as the drive lanes were not marked with street signage. After 30 min of wandering around I was able to locate the onsite manager and get things resolved. Further, the sites are extremely close together with zero privacy, and the sewer connections are so far from the electric and water connections that I needed three lengths of hose to reach. And for all this, my Good Sam discount rate was $58 per night with no cable and weak wi-fi. Will not be staying here again.

For Sandy Lake MH & RV Resort: We have been coming here for over 25 years. But it is getting worse and worse with every visit. It is almost completely permanent residents who work year round. Getting an overnight site is difficult. But my complaint is that it is run down, with no effort at cleaning it up. It has become very scruffy looking. The roads are a mess. The sites are stacked so close that awnings are impossible. Everything looks and feels old and dirty. The residents are unfriendly and scowl at you if you get too close to their site. Pet areas are on a busy road. The park tends to flood easily with every rain. And now the Bush highway noise is loud. This just isn't a comfortable place to stay anymore
