For I 35 RV Park and Resort: Great park, friendly staff, clean nice sites. A very nice dog park. We have been RVing since 1978, and have never stayed at an RV resort that offered a made to order free breakfast. The food was great, served by very sweet friendly ladies. We will make this stop again. I forgot to add, in my review, that this park had the best WIFI we have ever experienced at an RV Park, and we have stayed at hundreds!

For I 35 RV Park and Resort: Great stop for the night. Helpful office staff, nice pool, and park area. We enjoyed our walk through the grassy area including the fitness equipment along the way. We didn’t use the showers or laundry but both were available. Breakfast to order is free but tips are welcome. This is our second stay and we will continue to use as a stop over.

For I 35 RV Park and Resort: First, we have a 45 foot MH. For $49 plus tax, it is way overpriced. The site they put us on, 29, was NOT close to level, gravel, and had NO space between us and the rig next to us. We couldn’t put out our awning and the other rig’s sewer hook up was not far off our door. Getting in and out was not terrible but they do need to trim the encroaching bushes. $35 would have been fair.

For I 35 RV Park and Resort: Everything you could ask for in an overnight stop type park. Well maintained, level, everything worked. Was able to stream a Netflix movie perfectly on a busy Good Friday night. The free made to order breakfast is the real deal-have never seen this before...hope it catches on. A few train horns around 9:00pm worried me but they stopped during the night. Stayed in a big rig.

For I 35 RV Park and Resort: Stayed for 3 nights in February. Full Hookups, good water pressure, consistent electric. As others have said, the WiFi is not that good. Cons: Spaces are fairly tight. Gravel sites, not quite level. I-35 highway noise (although it was too cold to have the windows open to hear it). Pros: Easy access off interstate. Pull through sites in front of park. Very friendly and helpful staff. Dog park and nearby dog wash area! Little golf area and a catch & release fishing on site. The cutest herd of goats in the back area with tons of brand new babies this week! Free breakfast cooked to order with coffee, milk and juice! They are building covered seasonal parking in the very back of the property....weekend campers don’t go that far back.. Close enough to Waco to explore! We would stay here again.

For I 35 RV Park and Resort: We stayed four nights. At check-in, we were told the WiFi is amazing and there are no limits on streaming. That is not true! The WiFi was better than some but we did get kicked off quite a bit or it really slowed down. No cable tv. Some sites are really close together, others are a little further apart. There are numerous long-term campers are here, but are mostly located in the back part of the campground, A free daily breakfast is made to order but the morning we went, one woman was there by herself and we didn’t receive a very hot meal as she seemed a little overwhelmed. It’s a great stop-over for a night or two, but I wouldn’t consider it a resort or appropriate for a long stay.

Ken

For I 35 RV Park and Resort: Gravel spots were muddy when it rained. The highway noise was prevalent. Wifi was real good but no cable tv and the antenna reception was not good. Good spot for overnight. they also do not take credit cards. Cash , check, or debit card.
